Foreign Languages – Literature interdisciplinary extracurricular activities
In order to carry out specialised missions for the academic year 2023-2024, on November 5th , teachers from both Literature Department and Foreign Languages Department of Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted have collaborated in organising Literature-English interdisciplinary extracurricular activities for the school’s youngest pupils – the 6th graders. Receiving utmost support and assistance from the school board as well as the participating teachers, such experiential activities were harmoniously organised and prominently accomplished just as planned.
The sixth-grade students have had an opportunity to take part in an extracurricular trip since the very beginning of their experience at Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted. Through the trip, they have got to know more about traditional craftsmanship (pottery) and about the nature (Phu An Bamboo Village in Binh Duong Province). They have also had a chance to draw adorable decorative elements on raw pottery on their own and create bamboo crafts. And finally, they have immersed themselves in the typical bamboo forest of the Vietnamese countryside and walked in the refreshing and peaceful atmosphere of the bamboo shades.
After spending a day learning about traditional craft villages and the natural world, the sixth graders have had lots of fun gaining insights, socializing with others and integrating themselves with the nature.
Having accompanied the students throughout the interdisciplinary extracurricular activities, teachers at Trần Đại Nghĩa High School for the Gifted have also learnt more about their energetic and adorable students in order to implement flexible and diverse classroom activities.
As November is approaching, we hope that the Literature-English interdisciplinary extracurricular activities will bring joy and excitement to both teachers and students at Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted.

NGOẠI KHÓA LIÊN MÔN NGỮ VĂN – NGOẠI NGỮ
Thực hiện nhiệm vụ chuyên môn năm học 2023-2024, ngày 05/11/2023, hai tổ chuyên môn Ngữ văn và Ngoại ngữ trường THPT Chuyên Trần Đại Nghĩa đã phối hợp tổ chức hoạt động ngoại khóa liên môn cho học sinh khối 6. Được sự hỗ trợ của Ban giám hiệu nhà trường, sự phối hợp thực hiện nhiệm vụ của thầy cô tham gia ngoại khóa, tổ Ngữ văn và Ngoại ngữ đã hoàn thành hoạt động ngoại khóa liên môn đúng kế hoạch, tiến độ.
Như vậy, ngay từ năm học đầu tiên tại trường THPT Chuyên Trần Đại Nghĩa, các em học sinh khối 6 đã có dịp tham gia ngoại khóa học tập. Các em được tìm hiểu về văn hóa truyền thống (nghề gốm), được tìm hiểu về thiên nhiên (Làng tre Phú An tại Bình Dương), được tự tay vẽ trên gốm thô những hình ảnh ngộ nghĩnh, được hướng dẫn làm một món đồ xinh xắn bằng tre, được ngắm nhìn những rặng tre xanh quen thuộc của làng quê Việt Nam, được đi dưới những vòm tre xanh mát, yên ả, thơ mộng…
Một ngày được học tập, tìm hiểu làng nghề truyền thống, tìm hiểu thiên nhiên, các em học sinh khối 6 được học tập, gắn kết cùng nhau, được vui chơi, được hòa cùng thiên nhiên…
Một ngày đồng hành cùng học sinh khối 6 trong hoạt động ngoại khóa liên môn ngoài nhà trường, thầy cô giáo trường THPT Chuyên Trần Đại Nghĩa cũng có dịp hiểu hơn về những học sinh khối 6 năng động, dễ thương… để linh hoạt hơn trong hoạt động chuyên môn tại lớp học.
Tháng 11 vừa đến. Hy vọng niềm vui từ buổi ngoại khóa liên môn Ngữ văn – Ngoại ngữ sẽ đầy hơn niềm vui của thầy – trò trường THPT Chuyên Trần Đại Nghĩa trong tháng 11 đong đầy ý nghĩa. Hẹn những chuyến ngoại khóa liên môn tiếp theo, đồng nghiệp Trần Chuyên lại tiếp tục đồng hành cùng các trò trong những hành trình mới “học mà chơi”, “học mà vui”!
